Welcome materos! How to prepare your first green mate gourd

Two very important things before you begin:

1. The first step in the video is very important
2. The water temp must be within range for a proper brew-- 158°F to 176°F (70°C to 80°C).

How Our Green Mate is Different

Clean, bright flavor. Green leaf tastes like what it is ~ grassy, fresh, slightly sweet. Nothing covering it up, so the blend actually comes through.

Chlorophyll. You're drinking the green. It's the same compound that makes wheatgrass and spirulina a thing, and it's the visual proof the leaf was never cooked or warehoused.

More antioxidants. Polyphenols and chlorogenic acids degrade with heat and time in storage. Fresh green leaf keeps them.

Full nutrient load. Mate naturally carries B vitamins, magnesium, potassium, and manganese. Less processing, less sitting around, more of it left in the cup.

Smooth, sustained energy. Caffeine plus theobromine ~ the same combo in cacao. Lift without the coffee spike and crash.

Fresher, because it is fresher. Aged & smoked product spends months in a warehouse before it ever gets to you. Green leaf goes from harvest to cup in a fraction of that.

Nothing added, nothing burned. One leaf, dried gently.
